eFiling for Superior Court of California, County of Orange
Rottner Attorney Service Inc. is offering eFiling into Orange County Courts in network partnership with Lawdex and American LegalNet. Countrywide is providing eFiling services, training, and support for Civil and Small Claims litigants for the Superior Court of California, County of Orange. Through the Orange County eFiling Portal, legal documents can be filed in compliance with the California state-wide electronic filing standards (2GEFS). The eFiling Portal also integrates with the court's CCMS system.
What is eFiling?
Electronic Filing is a process wherein the filer (Attorney or Pro se) completes documentation electronically and submits the filing and the support documents via a web enabled application. This web based application integrates directly with the court filing management systems (CCMS).

Which cases are eligible for eFiling?
Commencing January 1, 2012, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 11/05 and California Rules of Court rule 2.253, the Court orders that all papers filed in actions containing a cause of action for breach of contract must be filed electronically.
